Description
Satoru leaves Japan to pursue his dream of playing in Italian Serie A. He starts with AC Milan aiming to win the league and Champions Cup, but after a friendly match against Fiorentina, he's so impressed by players like Rui Costa and Batistuta that he transfers to Florence. There, he helps Fiorentina win the Serie A championship after 31 years - a major achievement for the club. The series is praised for its obsessive attention to historical detail—accurate team jerseys, sponsor logos, stadium architecture, and 1990s Italian football imagery. This meticulous accuracy reflects the Japanese mangaka's deep reverence for Italian Serie A during its golden era, showing genuine passion and respect for the sport rather than just telling a story. -
